Ordering

You agree to provide accurate and complete details when you place an order.

All purchases made through www.pukhyajaipur.com are considered final and made between you and Pukhya Jaipur. Goods ordered by you are for your private and domestic use only, and not for resale.

Please note that all orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Pukhya Jaipur.

Prices and availability of our products are subject to change without notice.

Promotional offers, vouchers, and codes may not be used on sale products or in conjunction with any other offer, unless specifically stated. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Any offer of free delivery is limited to a standard delivery service, to India only.

Your payment will be pre-authorized when you place an order on this website. Once the goods are delivered and you've inspected them to your satisfaction, we'll send you a refund for the pre-authorized amount.

You certify that the credit card you are using is your own, that there are sufficient funds in your account, and that you agree to pay for the products you're ordering.

No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Pukhya Jaipur until we charge your credit/debit card or UPI.

When you use a gift card to pay for an order, we'll take the available balance at the time of purchase.

If any of the items in your order are unavailable, we will contact you via email and search for a comparable replacement. If we cannot fulfill your order at all, we will issue you a refund.

Upon dispatch, we cannot make any changes to your order. If you want to amend your order before dispatch, please contact our Customer Services team at pukhya.jaipur@gmail.com.

When we've verified and confirmed your shipment, we'll process the order within the specified time period.

You can pay us in cash at the time of delivery. You can't use credit or debit cards.

It is strictly forbidden to offer a cheque or demand draft as payment. A 100% cash payment is required at the time of delivery for any payment amount.
Your delivery address should be within the serviceable network of our courier partner. Please enter accurate pin code to ensure delivery.
Your invoice amount covers any taxes, fees and duties that apply.

If there are any changes to our agreement, we will let you know as soon as possible. If Pukhya Jaipur wants to terminate its agreement with you, it has the right to suspend or even terminate your access immediately and without notice:

We will report your account to the credit agency and have our team investigate any fraudulent activity that has been reported on your behalf.
If you break our terms and conditions.
We will work to preserve your identity by requesting the information we need. If you fail to provide the requested information in a reasonable amount of time, we may have to suspend our relationship with you.
You have the right not to give personal information.

Delivery

Delivery time-frames in our estimation may be subject to change. Once an order is sent, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Returns Policy

Any product that is physically damaged may be accepted for return within a set period of time. Please email photos of the damaged goods to pukhya.jaipur@gmail.com to request a pay-out.

You have 48 hours to contact us to let us know if you want to return part or all of your order. Just send an email to the address below, and a customer service representative will process the refund.

We do not accept returns on products that have been used, the seal has been opened and inspected before, the serial number has been altered, or anything along those lines. Once we receive a return item, we'll inspect it and ensure that it is indeed as claimed.

If the product is eligible for being returned, you'll get a refund or a replacement. However, if the product is ineligible for return, it'll be couriered back to you instead.

Our final note: your right to cancel. You, the customer, always have the right to cancel. If you can't find what you're looking for with our products, that's OK. Let us know and we'll help you find wherever you can get it.

We will assume all responsibility for any cases of infringement on intellectual property laws and claims from copyright holders.

We do not guarantee that the service will provide accurate or reliable results.

We reserve the right to remove or cancel the service at any time, without warning.

Subject to the limitations set out above and that save as provided, in no way shall Pukhya Jaipur nor any associated company be liable to you at all for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages, losses or expenses related to or arising out of (i) your agreement with us; or (ii) the use of our services, products or materials.
